Beautifully handpainted French Porcelain plaque reproducing the Dutch Master Frans Hals' "Jester with a Llute". Porcelain marks are T&V(Tressemanes and Vogt), Limoges. Marks indicate plaque could be dated 1892-1907. Signed by artist" C.B.McM." Plaque is mounted in original mahognay veneered frame. Frame is in need of some restoration.
